GAiNExch Membership Terms & Conditions

Please Read Before Joining

By becoming a GAiNExch member, you are joining a trusted professional network built on shared knowledge, exclusive insights, and mutual respect. To ensure a safe, productive experience for all members, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Commitment & Payments

Membership is an annual commitment, even if you choose to pay monthly or annually.
By enrolling, you agree to pay the full term of your subscription (12 monthly payments or one annual payment). Early cancellations are not permitted.
Memberships automatically renew each year unless you notify GAiNExch in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date.
GAiNExch may adjust pricing annually by up to 5%.
All payments are non-refundable. Members receive immediate access to proprietary resources, directories, promotional opportunities, and value-added tools.

2. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there has been an error, GAiNExch will work with you directly to resolve it.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in immediate removal from the network.

3. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All GAiNExch content and materials — including our member database, publications, branding, event tools, and strategic assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of GAiNExch.
You may not share, republish, copy, or redistribute this information for personal or commercial use.
You may not use membership to build or support a competing network, platform, or initiative using GAiNExch contacts, structure, or insights.
Soliciting other members for outside ventures or recreating our framework is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Member Conduct

Members are expected to engage professionally, represent themselves honestly, and contribute constructively.
GAiNExch reserves the right to revoke membership if a member behaves abusively, unethically, or in a way that is harmful to the community.

5. Agreement

By proceeding with membership and submitting payment, you confirm that you:

Understand and accept these terms,
Agree to pay the full subscription term (monthly or annual),
Acknowledge that your membership is non-refundable and cannot be canceled early.
